How to request deletion of your HerWell account and personal information.

Request deletion
- Contact herwell@rupasyacircle.com from the email associated with your app account, if you have one.
- Use the subject “HerWell account and data deletion request”.
- Tell us whether you want your entire account and associated data deleted, or specific information removed. Include only the details needed to locate it.
If your version of HerWell provides in-app account deletion, you can also start there. Never include your password in a request.
What the request covers
A full deletion request covers the account and associated personal information under our control, including profile details and stored app content where applicable. We may need to verify ownership before processing it.
Information required by law, or needed for a limited security or dispute-resolution purpose, may have to be retained. We will explain any applicable exception and retention period when responding. Requests are handled within the time required by applicable law.
Device data and subscriptions
Manage local files, exported content, and backups on your own devices or storage services. Uninstalling the app does not necessarily delete data held by an online service. Copies already shared with another person may remain in their control.
If you have a subscription, cancel it separately through the store or platform where you purchased it. An account deletion request does not itself cancel store billing.
